Making a beer bong is fun, cheap and oh so simple. All you really need is a funnel of some sort, some tubing and either some duct tape (airplane tape or electrical tape work great, too) or a circle clamp.
The cheapest way would be to grab a 2 or 3 liter bottle of soda, empty it and clean it out. Cut off the bottom of the bottle, the enclosed side opposite from the lid. Unscrew the lid from the top, take an ordinary garden hose and screw it right on to the neck. It fits very well, almost like it was meant to be. Then take your tape of choice and wrap it around the neck to waterproof your contraption. If you don’t have a garden hose at home, don’t steal your neighbors’; they are fairly inexpensive and available at any hardware store.
If you feel your beer bong needs a little more class, you can always go to your local hardware store to pick up the items you need. You can buy a funnel of whatever size you prefer (dependent upon how much beer you want to consume at one time). You will also want to get some plastic tubing that is minutely bigger than the smallest part of the funnel, and a circle clamp. You want to make sure you have just enough room to get the plastic tubing around the funnel, but it needs to be a tight fit. Once you put the tubing around the small part of the funnel, you simply put the circle clamp on top of where the two overlap and screw it down tight.
All that is left to do is put your beer in your beer bong making sure that the funnel is higher than the opposite end of the hose. Keep your thumb over the end of the hose until your ready to drink.
